“I have been in Japan for 9 months, where I did 4 months of internship at a tech private equity company. I got to work with several smaller companies, helping them to grow further into their businesses and preparing for mass-scale production. I have done sales-, marketing,- and related financial projects. The ability to work for a large-scale company, while working with tech start-ups was a great opportunity for me to experience business on both scales. Working in a multi-national team allowed me to develop myself greatly in cross-cultural competencies. Besides that, working and living in Japan has given me the opportunity to enhance my Japanese skills, both verbal and non-verbal. I already know that I will definitely come back for more in Japan.”
